Raising a concern regarding an actual or alleged illegal or dishonest activity

As a Group we are committed to conduct our business in accordance with all applicable laws, while upholding the highest ethical standards as detailed in our Code of Business Conduct.

Any employee in the Tetra Laval Group who has reason to believe that any dishonest or illegal activity has occurred must report, in accordance with applicable laws, the matter via the new Tetra Laval Whistle Blowing platform, or by contacting the Senior Management of his/her organisation; the Industry Group’s Corporate Governance Officer; or the Head of Audit of the Tetra Laval Group. Please refer to the Code of Business Conduct and to the Tetra Laval Group Policy on Whistle-Blowing included in section 3.7 of the Tetra Laval Group Policies for further information.
