What is the purpose of the helpline?
It is always best to address your questions and concerns directly with your supervisor/manager, human resources, safety representative or the site lead. In the event this is not possible or your feel your questions or concerns have not been properly addressed the helpline provides you the ability to communicate your questions and concerns to someone outside of your work location.
What type of concerns can be addressed through the Helpline?
You may use the helpline to ask questions or to file a report related to safety concerns, harassment, discrimination, theft, fraudulent or unethical business practices, threat of violence, etc.
Is the helpline confidential?
When submitting a question or filing a report you will be given three options:
1) Share your name and contact information.
2) Remain anonymous to ProAmpac.
3) Remain completely anonymous to both ProAmpac and Convercent.
If I chose to share my name and contact information, will my boss or anyone I work with know I filed a report?
The name of the person who filed the report will never be shared without your permission. If absolutely necessary to ensure a thorough investigation is conducted, your name could be mentioned during the investigation as a witness or recipient of the concerns addressed in the report but not as the person who filed the report. In the event this is necessary, you will be contacted first.
Why would I provide my contact information to Convercent but not ProAmpac?
If needed, this allows Convercent to contact you directly and confidentially to gather additional information about your question or report.
How will I know my report has been addressed?
You will receive a system generated email when your report has been addressed.
Why am I given the option to enter my email address if I chose to remain completely anonymous?
Your email address is not viewable by anyone at ProAmpac or Convercent, it will only be used by the system to send you updates.
Why do I have to create a password to submit my report?
This will create an access number to allow you to further communicate with ProAmpac, view messages and check the status of your report. Your personal identification information will never be viewable by anyone at ProAmpac.
Who receives the report once it has been submitted?
All reports are received and reviewed by ProAmpac’s Compliance Department. They will work directly with the Corporate VP of Human Resources who oversee your work location.
Is the helpline only available in English?
The website and phone representatives are available in multiple languages.
