At CoreCivic, we believe in doing business the right way, guided by our P.R.I.D.E. values.  Our Code of Ethics explains the standards and behaviors that we expect from each other.  It also provides information that can help us when we need to solve problems, report concerns or seek guidance.

Reaching out to a supervisor or a local or departmental resource is often the best way to deal with a concern.  However, if you feel more comfortable reporting through the Ethics Line, we encourage you to do so.  The Ethics Line provides a safe way for you to report misconduct and to raise, explore and resolve concerns.  You can choose to remain anonymous.  And remember, CoreCivic has a strict No Retaliation policy for reports made in good faith.

CoreCivic is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. This value is imbedded in our PRIDE values, our Code of Ethics, and our B8 Leadership Principles.  We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor, management or Human Resources to ask questions and seek guidance, and in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

However, if for whatever reason you prefer to place a report in confidence, you are encouraged to use the Ethics Line, a resource for all employees on ethics and compliance matters. It provides a safe way for you to report misconduct and to raise, explore, and resolve concerns.   Using the Ethics Line in good faith is an example of following our Code of Ethics by putting our PRIDE value of Integrity into Action.
