Workplace Interactions

Throughout the Hilltop family of companies we value integrity and communication in all that we do.  There is no place for discrimination, harassment, violence or unethical actions in our work environment.

However, situations occasionally arise in the workplace that may cause you concern.  When that happens, and you do not feel able to discuss with your manager or Human Resources, we provide an anonymous reporting tool for you to use.  One that allows you to voice your concerns, thoughts and reactions without fear.

The Fraud and Integrity Hotline is a confidential reporting system not affiliated with Hilltop Holdings or any subsidiary company.  It's available so you can submit concerns and complaints regarding workplace incidents or situations.

In order to thoroughly investigate concerns, especially anonymous claims, it is important to provide specific details of the incident(s). Remaining anonymous and failing to provide detailed information related to your claim may limit the comprehensiveness of the investigation into the matter. Below is a list of useful information to include in your claim submission, where possible:

  • Describe in detail what wrongdoing occurred, and whether it was a one-time event or more frequent matter
  • Timeline of incident(s), with specific dates and locations included
  • Full names of involved parties – employee(s) who allegedly made the violation, as well as the victim(s) and any witnesses present
  • Whether the incident has been previously reported and to who
  • Documentation (emails, IMs, texts, photos, etc.) that support the claim, uploaded as attachments

    Fraudulent Actions

Fraud involves the false representation of facts, whether by intentionally withholding important information or providing false statements to another party for the specific purpose of gaining something that may not have been provided without the deception.

Fraud can occur in any of our businesses – mortgage, securities or banking.  We have established this hotline to provide you an anonymous way to share any concerns you have regarding questionable practices you may observe by clients or co-workers.
