We strive to provide a secure and healthy atmosphere for employees, customers, shareholders, vendors, and visitors alike. Realogy’s goal is to provide every employee with a reliable, confidential, and anonymous communication tool to report issues of concern and/or violations of Realogy's company policies in a timely manner.


This service is an enhancement, not a replacement, of our current policies and procedures. Please feel free to continue to utilize existing Realogy procedures and protocols if you feel comfortable doing so. This may include, but is not limited to, discussing the issue with your manager, human resources department, or contact the Line. We will ensure that your issue will be assigned to the appropriate team to address your concerns.

The good faith report of an incident or violation will not result in any sort of negative action taken against you. Retaliation of any sort will not be tolerated by Realogy in response to any reports submitted.

Every employee has unlimited access to our anonymous and confidential incident reporting system; the Line.
